Overview

Room Planner Ltd created Home Planner 3D as a freemium application. The service is offered at no cost and functions on an as-is basis.

Purpose of This Policy

This document explains how personally identifiable information is collected, used, and shared. By using the service, you consent to information collection practices outlined here.

Information Collection and Use

The app may request personally identifiable information for an improved experience. Data remains on your device and is not directly collected by the company.

Third-party services used by the application may collect identifying information, including Firebase Analytics.

Published Designs and Your Public Profile

This section applies from 29 October 2026. This update takes effect when it is posted, as the earlier version of this policy allowed. The notice in "Policy Updates" applies to later changes. This section covers designs published in the Home Planner app or on homeplannerapp.com. If you publish a design, people can see it in Explore in the app and in Ideas on homeplannerapp.com, together with your display name and profile photo. We may also show your published design with your display name when we promote Home Planner: on our website and landing pages, in app store listings, on our social media accounts, in our emails and in our advertising, as described in our Terms & Conditions. This also applies to designs you published on or before 29 October 2026 that are still published. We use designs published from a company account, such as a business or white-label account, in our promotional materials only with that company's consent.

Why and on what legal basis: showing your design in the gallery is part of the service you chose (performance of our contract with you, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Showing it in our promotional materials and crediting you by name is based on our legitimate interest in promoting Home Planner and in crediting authors fairly (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Your choices: you can unpublish a design or delete your account at any time, and change your display name or photo in your profile. You can ask us at any time to stop using one or all of your published designs, or your name, to promote Home Planner: write to support@homeplannerapp.com. We then stop using those designs or your name in new promotional materials and, on request, remove them from promotional materials we control.

Who receives your published designs and profile details: people who visit the gallery or see our promotional materials; our service providers (hosting, content delivery, and the AI translation services that translate captions and comments), which handle the data only for us; and the platforms where we post, such as social networks and ad platforms, which handle it under their own terms and privacy policies.

How long: while the design is published. After you unpublish it or delete your account, we remove it from the gallery and stop using it in new promotional materials. Copies may remain in our backups for a limited time after that. We do not use backup copies to show or promote your design. Promotional materials we have already published may stay where they were published, as described in our Terms & Conditions.

Log Data

Error situations generate log data through third-party products, which may include:

• Device IP address
• Device name
• Operating system version
• App configuration details
• Timestamps of service use
• Other statistical information

Cookies

The service does not explicitly use cookies, though third-party libraries may employ them. Users can accept or refuse cookies, though refusal may limit functionality.

Service Providers

Third-party companies assist with service delivery and analysis. These providers access personal information only to perform assigned tasks and cannot disclose or repurpose data.

Security

While commercially reasonable protection methods are employed, no transmission or storage method achieves absolute security.

Third-party Links

External links direct users to non-affiliated sites. The company assumes no responsibility for external sites’ practices or policies.

Children’s Privacy

Services do not target users under 13. Any discovered information from children under 13 is immediately deleted.

Data Deletion

Users may remove accounts and associated data anytime through the app’s "Support" — "Delete" option or by contacting support@homeplannerapp.com.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy when we change Home Planner or when the law changes. For important changes, such as changes to the personal data we collect or how we use it, we tell you in the app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
